Laws observation Theresa May was dealt a severe blow after the EU Court of Justice ruled that a large collection of stories of citizens viewing the Internet is illegal under European law. In Wednesday, the ruling strikes at the heart of Investigatory Powers Act - dubbed "sniffer Charter" - which requires ISPs to store 12 months of data view at all, and make it available to dozens of government agencies.
