Now you can download shows from Netflix
Netflix users finally get to hear the two words they have been waiting for: offline mode.
The streaming media company confirmed in a tweet that subscribers will get to download their favorite programs onto a smartphone or tablet instead of just stream through a broadband connection.
The feature is available now through an update on iOS and Android. Eddy Wu, Netflix's director of product innovation says the download feature is available on all plans.
